RedDoor runs real, working businesses across Cloncurry and Mount Isa — cafés, a commercial kitchen and a recycling service — where the people we support learn real skills in real jobs, and every dollar goes back into the community.
RedDoor Café — Cloncurry
The one that started it all. Opened in 2015–16 as our first social enterprise, RedDoor Café is a full café and commercial kitchen at 32 Short Street, Cloncurry — open to the public and home to our hospitality training programs.

Groundwork Café — Mount Isa
Our café in the Mount Isa centre — good coffee and drinks, simple sandwiches, fridge food and sweets, served by people building their first work skills. Groundwork provides entry-level employment training in a real, working café.

Containers for Change
Our Containers for Change depot runs from our Cloncurry site at 32 Short Street — with home pickups across Cloncurry, Julia Creek and Mount Isa. It turns bottles and cans into refunds, and into first jobs: excellent entry-level work for the students and clients we support — sorting, counting, customer service and teamwork.
