Our policies.

How we look after the people we support, our team, and your information.

Privacy policy

Your privacy

The exception to the above is our privacy policy and website terms, which we publish here. This privacy policy applies to RedDoor Community Services, the trading name of Multiskill Centre Ltd, and covers personal information collected through this website and our referral and feedback forms.

This policy explains how RedDoor Community Services, the trading name of Multiskill Centre Ltd, handles personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Some of our service providers store information overseas — our website and forms are hosted by Cloudflare and Zapier, and our email by Microsoft. If a data breach occurs that is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected people and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required. Last reviewed: July 2026.

What we collect

When you contact us, make a referral or give feedback, we collect only the information you choose to give us — such as your name, contact details and the details of your enquiry. We collect it for one reason: to respond and provide the right support.

Referrals may include health, disability and personal circumstances of the person being referred. We collect this information only to arrange the right support — and if you are referring someone else, please make sure you have their (or their guardian's) consent to share it.

How your information is stored

Information entered through our website or forms may be stored in secure data centres located around the world, operated by the reputable service providers who host our website and forms. We take reasonable steps to make sure information is stored securely.

What we never do

We never sell your data or share it with anyone for their own purposes. Trusted service providers — such as the platforms that host our website and forms — store and process it only on our behalf. We do not use your information to advertise to you, and we do not use it for any purpose other than the one you sent it to us for.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies at all. We don't use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Our website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which does not set cookies either — but it does receive your device's IP address in order to deliver the fonts. Our referral and feedback forms are hosted separately by Zapier, and those pages do set their own cookies and use their own providers; their privacy terms apply once you open them. You can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Confidentiality of referrals

Information shared in a referral or feedback form is treated confidentially and used only to provide support to the person it concerns.

Questions or concerns

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling (07) 4742 2887. If you are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment, you can reach us through the National Relay Service on 133 677. If you need an interpreter, tell us and we will arrange one. If you're not satisfied with our response to a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au (opens in new tab) or on 1300 363 992.

RedDoor works, learns and grows on Kalkadoon Country in Mount Isa and Mitakoodi Country in Cloncurry. We recognise the First Nations peoples of this region — their enduring connection to this land, and their place at the very heart of our community — and we're proud to walk alongside them every day.
